摘要
摘要目的探讨耳穴埋豆联合穴位按摩在配合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫患者胃排空时间和伴随症状缓解时间的影响.方法入选２０１０年３月至２０１３年３月在我院住院治疗的糖尿病胃轻瘫患者５２例,根据治疗方式的不同将患者分为观察组２６例和对照组２６例.观察组采用耳穴埋豆联合穴位按摩配合药物治疗的方案,对照组采用中西药物治疗的方案,比较两组患者治疗有效率、胃排空时间等指标情况.结果观察组患者治疗有效率及症状缓解时间上显著优于对照组.结论采用耳穴埋豆联合穴位按摩配合治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫治疗方法具有简、便、验、廉的特点,疗效满意,值得我们在临床大力推广.关键词糖尿病胃轻瘫;耳穴埋豆;穴位按摩;AbstractObjectiveToinvestigatetheauricularburiedbeanscombinedwithacupointmassageintreatmentofpatientswithdiabeticgastroparesisgastricemptyingtimeandaccompaniedsymptomremissiontimeeffect．MethodsSelectedin２０１０Marchto２０１３Marchin５２casesofgastroparesispatientshospitalizeddiＧabeticstomachinourhospital,accordingtothedifferenttreatmentsweredividedintotheobservationgroup２６casesandcontrolgroupwith２６cases．TheobservaＧtiongroupwithearacupuncturepointburiesbeanscombinedwithacupointmassagewithdrugtreatmentscheme,thecontrolgroupusedthetraditionalChineseandWesternmedicinetreatmentscheme,comparedtwogroupsofpatientsthetreatmentefficiency,gastricemptyingtimeindex．ResultsObservationoftheeffectiverateofthetreatmentandsymptomrelieftimeissuperiortothatofcontrolgrouppatients．ConclusionUsingauricularburiedbeanscombinedwithacupointmassagefortreatmentofdiabeticgastroparesistreatmentmethodwithJane,will,inspection,lowＧcostcharacteristics,thecurativeeffectissatisfied,isworthustobepopuＧlarizedKienycwlionricdasl．Diabeticgastroparesis;Earacupuncturepointburiesbeans;Acupointmassage;中图分类号R５８７．２文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１０３９－０２
