摘要
Chinesenongovernmentalorganizations(NGOs)haveplayedasignificantroleinthebattleagainstAIDSinthePeople'sRepublicofChina.Thisarticleprovidesabriefoverviewofthestructureoftheseorganizations,aswellasananalysisoftheirprincipleaccomplishments.OfgreatsignificanceinthisanalysisisthefactthatChineseNGOshaveeffectivelydealtwithmanysensitivehealtheducationareasthatgovernmentauthoritieshavefeltreluctanttohandledirectly.Assuch,theyhaveprovidedanindispensablecomponentintheHIV/AIDSpreventionandcontrolcalculusonthemainland.
