摘要
摘要目的研究氟西汀治疗心律失常伴抑郁症状的临床效果.方法选取２０１３年１月到２０１５年１月间在我院治疗心律失常伴抑郁症状的患者５２例,随机抽取,将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组２６例,对照组采用常规抗心律失常药物治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合氟西汀治疗,通过观察与比较,对两组患者的治疗效果进行评估.结果治疗组的总有效率为９６．２％,对照组的总有效率７６．９％,治疗组的抑郁评分为(６７．５±３．８)分,对照组的抑郁评分(７４．５±２．４)分,运用统计学方法并对两组间差异进行数据分析表明具有统计学意义(P＜０．０５).结论氟西汀治疗心律失常伴抑郁症状的效果明显,能有效改善抑郁状况.关键词氟西汀;心律失常伴抑郁症状;疗效AbstractobjectiveToResearchfluoxetinetreatmentofarrhythmiaclinicalresultswithdepressivesymptoms．Methods５２patientswereselectinourhosＧpitaltreatmentofcardiacarrhythmiaswithdepressivesymptoms,whichweredividedintogroupsaccordingtothedigitalcontrolgroup(n＝２６)andtreatmentgroup(n＝２６),thecontrolgroupwasgivenconventionalanti－arrhythmicdrugtherapy,plusfluoxetinetreatmentgrouponthebasisofthecontrolgroup,thetreatmentoftwogroupswerecompared．ResultsResultThetotalefficiencyofthetreatmentgroupwas９６．２％higherthanthetotalefficiencyof７６．９％,thedifferencewassignificant,P＜０．０５,treatmentgroupdepressionscorewas(６７．５±３．８)pointslowerthanthecontrolgroupdepressionscore(７４．５±２．４)points,significantdifference,T＝６．９６５,P＜０．０５．ConclusionFluoxetinetreatmentofarrhythmiawithdepressivesymptomsobviouseffect,caneffectivelyimＧproveKdeepyrewsosridosnstatus．Fluoxetine;arrhythmiasassociatedwithdepressivesymptoms;efficacy中图分类号R５４文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０３６２－０２
