摘要 Forinitiativeapplicationofnon-oxidesinrefractories,itisessentialtostudythermodynamicpropertiesofnon-oxides.Thestabilityandstableorderofnon-oxidesunderoxidizedatmosphereareanalyzedfirstlyandthenanewprocess,"conversereactionsintering",isproposed.Theresultsofstudyonoxidationmechanismofsiliconandaluminumnitridesindicatethatthegaseoussuboxidescanbeproducedobservablywhentheoxygenpartialpressureislowerthan"conversionoxygenpartialpressure".Thesuboxidescanbedepositednearthesurfaceofcompositetobecomeacompactlayer.Thiscausesthematerialpossessingaperformanceof"self-impedientoxidation".MetalSiandAlarethebetteradditivesforincreasingthedensityandwidthofcompactlayerandincreasingtheabilityofanti-oxidationandanti-corrosion.ThestudyonSi3N4-Al2O3,Si3N4-MgO,Si3N4-SiCsystemsisalsoenumeratedasexamplesinthepaper.TheexperimentalresultsshowthattheconversereactionsinteringisabletomakehighperformancecompositesandmetalSiandAlnotonlycanpromotethesinteringbutalsoincreasethedensityandwidthofcompactlayer.
