摘要
摘要目的对比分析在小肝癌患者中应用射频消融与手术切除的临床疗效.方法随机选取我院２０１１年到２０１２年内收治的７８例小肝癌患者,将其平均分为两组.一组患者采用射频消融术治疗(观察组),另一组患者采用常规开腹肝切除手术治疗(对照组).对比两组患者的术后一年复发率、术后一年以及三年生存率、术后感染发生率.结果观察组的感染率和一年复发率均低于对照组,一年、三年生存率均高于对照组,P＜０．０５,有统计学意义.结论射频消融术可明显的降低小肝癌术后的感染率,减少术后复发,提高术后生存率,临床疗效更佳.关键词小肝癌;射频消融术;开服切除手术;临床疗效AbstractObjectiveTocomparisonandanalysisapplicationofradiofrequencyablationinpatientswithsmalllivercancerandtheclinicalcurativeeffectofsurgicalresection．Methodsrandomlyselected７８casesadmittedfrom２０１１to２０１１yearsinoursmalllivercancerpatients,theaveragecanbedividedintotwogroups．Onegroupweretreatedbyradiofrequencyablationtherapy(observationgroup)andanothergroupweretreatedbyconventionallaparotomyhepaticsurgerＧytreatment(controlgroup)．Comparisonoftwogroupsofpatientswithpostoperativerecurrenceoneyear,oneyearaftersurgery,andthreeyearsofsurvivalrateandtheincidenceofpostoperativeinfection．Resultstheinfectionrateandoneyeartherecurrencerateinobservationgroupwerelowerthanthecontrolgroup,ayear,３yearsurvivalrateswerehigherthancontrolgroup,P＜０．０５,withstatisticalsignificance．ConclusionradiofrequencyablationofsmalllivercancercanobＧviouslyKeryedwuocredpsostoperativeinfectionrate,reducepostoperativerecurrence,raisesurvivalrateofthepostoperativeclinicalcurativeeffectisbetter．Smalllivercancer;Radiofrequencyablation．Openclothingsurgery;Clinicalcurativeeffect中图分类号R７３５．７文献标识码B文章编号１００１－５３０２(２０１５)０９－０６８０－０１
