摘要
Fivekindsof45#steelsampleswithconcavefeaturesonthesurfaceweremanufacturedusingLaserTexturingTechnology(LTT).Optimumdesigntheorywasusedtodesigntheexperiment,andatwo-levelorthogonaltable-L16(215)designwasadopted.Micro-wearandmicro-frictionexperiencedbysampleswithconcavesurfacefeaturesandsampleswithsmoothsurfaceswerecomparedexperimentally.Thewearresistanceofsampleswithconcavesurfacefeatureswasincreasedmost,anddifferentsurfacemorphologieshaddifferenteffectsonfrictionandwearproperties.
