摘要
摘要目的观察中央气道恶性狭窄患者气道支架置入治疗的临床疗效.方法３２例确诊为中央气道恶性狭窄的患者,观察治疗前后检查患者的肺功能和血气分析,呼吸困难评分及KPS评分.结果支架置入治疗后患者的肺功能、血气分析、呼吸困难评分及KPS评分较治疗前明显改善(P＜０．０５)结论气道支架置入短期能明显改善中央气道气道恶性狭窄患者肺功能、血气分析及呼吸困难症状,延长生命.关键词支架;中央气道;恶性肿瘤;狭窄ObservationofairwaystentplacementinthetreatmentofmalignantstenosisofthecentralairwayAbstractObjectiveToobservetheeffectofairwaystentplacementinthetreatmentofmalignantstenosisofthecentralairway．Methods２patientswithcenＧtralairwaymalignantstenosis．Thepulmonaryfunctionandbloodgasanalysis,dyspneascoreandKPSscorewereobservedbeforeandtreatment．ResultsThepulＧmonaryfunction,bloodgasanalysis,dyspneascoreandKPSscoreweresignificantlyimprovedinthetreatmentofpatientswithstentimplantation(P＜０．０５)．ConＧclusionAirwaystentimplantationcansignificantlyimprovethepulmonaryfunction,bloodgasanalysisanddyspneainpatientswithcentralairwaystenosis,improvethKeeyquwaloirtdysoflifeandprolonglife．stent;centralairway;malignancy;stenosis中图分类号R７３５．３文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０８３０－０１
