摘要
摘要目的分析我院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)不合理用药医嘱,促进临床合理用药,确保用药安全.方法采用回顾性分析法,收集２０１３－２０１４年我院PIVAS的审核记录,对不合理用药医嘱进行统计分析.结果２０１３年共审核医嘱４７４５２３份,其中不合理用药医嘱有６９４份.干预后,不合理医嘱由０．１５％下降为０．１１％,修改率为９９．９％.结论PIVAS药师通过审核医嘱可有效地预防与减少因不合理用药而引发的不良事件,促进合理用药.关键词静脉用药调配中心;不合理用药医嘱;分析EffectsofInterventionMeasureforIrrationalMedicalOrdersinpharmacyintravenousadmixtureserviceofourhospitalAbstractObjectiveToanalysisontheirrationalmedicalordersinpharmacyintravenousadmixtureservice(PIVAS)ofourhospital,strengthentheclinicalrationaluseofdrugandensuresafetyofdruguse．METHODByaretrospectiveanalysis,therecordsonthecheckingmedicalordersinPIVASofourhospitalin２０１３－２０１４yearwerecollected,withtheirrationalmedicalorderstomakestatisticalanalysis．RESUITS４７４５２３casesofmedicalorderswerecheckedin２０１３,６９４caseswereirrationalmedicalorders．Afterintervention,theproportionofirrationalmedicalordersdecreasedfrom０．１５％to０．１１％,andtheproportionofmodificaＧtionwas９９．９％．CONCLUSIONCheckingmedicalordersbypharmacistsinPIVAScaneffectivelypreventandreduceadverseeventscausedbyirrationaluseofmediciKneeys,wanorddspromotetherationaluseofdrugs．Pharmacyintravenousadmixtureservice;irrationalmedicalorders;analysis中图分类号R９６９．３文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－１０７３－０２
