摘要
摘要目的观察和比较玻璃纤维桩加强充填法修复穿髓型牙齿楔状缺损的临床效果.方法选择２０１３年１２月到２０１５年２月我院收治的３０例女性患者的３６颗有穿髓型楔状缺损的前磨牙,完善的根管治疗后,１８颗采用加强充填法修复,１８颗采用采用简单充填法修复.对修复体使用两年后的临床效果进行评价.结果玻璃纤维桩加强充填法修复的牙齿未出现牙折或桩不密合的情况,有２颗出现继发龋;简单充填法修复的牙齿,３颗充填物脱落,１颗出现继发龋,４颗出现牙折,两种修复方法的临床疗效差异有显着性(P＜０．０５),前者临床疗效好于后者.结论玻璃纤维桩加强充填法可以有效地保护根管治疗后的穿髓型楔状缺损患牙,简单充填法不能有效地保护此类患牙,值得临床推广应用.关键词玻璃纤维桩;加强充填法;牙齿楔状缺损AnalysisontheApplicationoftheGlassFiberPiletoStrengthenFillingMethodinWearTypePulpTeethWedge－shapedDefectPatientsAbstractObjectivetoobserveandcomparetheglassfibertypepiletostrengthenfillingmethodtorepairwornpulpteethwedge－shapeddefectofclinicaleffect．MethodsinDecember２０１３toFebruary２０１５,ourhospital３６of３０casesoffemalepatientswithpulpwedge－shapeddefectpremolar,perfectafterrootcanaltreatment,１８strengthenfillingmethodisusedtorepair,１８byusingsimplefillingmethodtorepair．Therestorationistoevaluatetheclinicaleffectofusingtwoyearslater．Resultsglassfiberpiletostrengthenfillingmethodtorepairthetoothdoesnotappeartofoldorpileisnotclosed,twoappearsecondarycaries;Threesimplefillingmethodtorepairtheteeth,fillings,asecondarycaries,fourintoothfold,theclinicalcurativeeffectoftworepairmethodshavesignificantdifference(P＜０．０５),theclinicalcurativeeffectisbetterthanthelatter．Conclusionglassfiberpilestrengtheningmethodcaneffectivelyprotecttherootcanalfillingtypewearpulpwedge－shapeddefectaftertreatmentwithteeth,simplefillingmethodcannoteffectivelyprotecttheteeth,worthyofclinicalpopularizationandapKpleiycwatoirodns．Glassfiberpost;Strengthenfillingmethod;Teethwedge－shapeddefects中图分类号R７８文献标识码B文章编号１００８－６３１５(２０１５)１２－０４６８－０１
