摘要
[摘要 ]目的 探讨红细胞分布宽度检验在慢性心衰早期诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取我院 2014年 5月～ 2015年 5月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者 70例作为研究对象，按照心力衰竭程度分为 II级 26例、 III级 24例、 IV级 20例，同时与健康人员进行对比，分析红细胞与心力衰竭之间的关联性。结果 健康人群与心力衰竭患者的红细胞分布宽度比较，差异有统计学意义（ P<0.05）。结论 红细胞分布宽度与心力衰竭的病变程度具有一定的关联性，临床上可通过红细胞检查疾病预后情况，利于疾病的治疗，促进疾病的早日康复。

[Objective] to explore the value of red blood cell distribution width test in early diagnosis of chronic heart failure. Methods 70 patients with chronic heart failure treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected as research subjects. According to the degree of heart failure, 26 cases of II, 24 cases of class III, and 20 cases of IV grade were compared with those of healthy people, and the correlation between red blood cells and heart failure was analyzed. Results there was a significant difference in red blood cell distribution width between healthy people and patients with heart failure (P<0.05). Conclusion the distribution width of red blood cell is related to the degree of heart failure, and it can be used to check the prognosis of the disease by red blood cells, which is beneficial to the treatment of the disease and promote the early recovery of the disease.
