摘要
TofindouttheprotectivepolypeptideepitopesofHCVHVR1,theantigenieityofthesyntheticpepfidewaspredictedbycomputermodelingandverifiedbyELISAandlymphocytetransformationtest.Itwasfoundthattheoutcomeofthecomputermodelingwasinaccordwiththeexperimentalresults.Themethodbyusingcomputermodelingwouldbeaeconomicapproachbywhichtheprotectivepeptidescouldbeidentifiedquickly.
