摘要 Theapplicationofmicrowavetechniqueinthehydrometallurgyofnickellateriteoreswasdescribed.Themixtureofnickellateriteoresandsulfuricacidwaspre-treatedbymicrowaveirradiation.Thedissolvingofnickelwasconductedinhotwaterattheatmosphericpressure.Theeffectsoffactors,suchasmicrowavepower,microwaveirradiationtime,andsulfuricaciddosage,wereinvestigated.Inmicrowavefield,themigrationofionicspeciesand/orrotationofdipolarspeciespromotetheliquid?solidreactionprocessduetotheincreasedcontactareaofreactantsandleachingreactionrateconstant.Thankstothestrengtheningactionofmicrowave,themicrowave-assistedleachingprocesshasitsadvantages,suchashigherextractingratethanconventionalatmosphericleaching,andnoneedforhigh-pressureoperationashighpressureacidleaching(HPAL).Theferricironinleachingsolutioncouldbeeffectivelyremovedbysodiumjarositeprocesswithalittlelossofnickelinthejarositeprecipitate.
