Comparison of Water-soluble CdSe Quantum Dots Made from Hydrothermal and Traditional Routes

摘要 ThecomparisonoftraditionalroutetothesimplesynthesisofCdSesemiconductornanocrystals,withthehydrothermalroute,wherethereactiontemperaturecanbereachedat220℃,waspresentedinthispaper.Theopticalpropertiesofthewater-solubleCdSequantumdotsfromthehydrothermalandtraditionalwerecharacterizedbyUV-visabsorptionspectra,photoluminescence(PL)spectraandHRTEMtechniques.TheHRTEMresultsshowthatwiththeincreaseofthereactiontemperature,thenaocrystaldefectsdecreased.TheUV-visabsorptionpeakmovedtolongwave-lengthwiththeincreaseofreactiontemperature.Thephotoluminescence(PL)spectrashowthatthewavelengthofthebrightpoint,thePLquantumyield(QY)increasedwhenthenanocrystaldefectsdecreased.Theopticalpropertydataconfirmthathydrothermalrouterisapreferablemethodtotraditionalrouteforpreparingwater-solubleCdSequantumdots.
