ObjectiveToexplorethementalhealthstateforstaffbetweenthejointcapitalandthestate-ownedenterprises.Methods161staffwereaccessedwiththeSAS.ResultsThepreliminaryto-talscoreoftheSASforthejointcapitalenterprisestaffwas28.75+7.9andthescoreforthestate-ownedenterprisewas32.57±9.81.ConclusionThestaffbetweenthejointcapitalandthestate-ownedenterprisesmadedifferenceinthementalhealth,furthennore,thefirstwasbetter.
