摘要 Chinesesocietyinruralareasistypicallyageographicallyandgeneticallyrelatedsociety.Scatteredfarmerscanbeconnectedtoformsmallgroupsthroughtheirsocialcapital,whichcanaffectfarmers’agriculturalactivitiesintheprocessofcontrollingagriculturalNon-pointSourcepollution.AnorderedLogitmodelcanbebuilttoanalyzetheeffectsofsocialcapitaltofarmers’responsivewillingnesstodifferentmeasurementsofcontrollingagriculturalNPSpollutionbyusingsurveydatainShaanxiProvince.Thispapercharacterizesfarmers’socialcapitalinthreedimensions:socialtrust,socialparticipationandsocialnetwork.Theresultsindicatedthatfarmers’socialcapitalsignificantlyaffectsfarmers’responsetodifferentpolicies.WhengovernmentsconstructandimplementpoliciestocontrolagriculturalNPSpollution,theeffectsofsocialcapitalneedtobeconsideredatsametimewiththeeffectsofgovernmentalsupervision,marketandeducationmeasurements.
