Low-carbon transformation of industrial structure in China-中国期刊网

摘要 Thetraditionaleconomicgrowthmodeof"threehighsandonelow(highinput,highconsumption,highpollutionandlowefficiency)"makesChinagettheachievementsofeconomicdevelopmentandprosperityduringthereformandopeningupwithmorethan30years,butbehindthisextensivemodeofeconomicgrowthisexcessiveconsumptionofnaturalresourcesandalotofgreenhousegasesemissions,thisnotonlylimitsthegrowthrateofChina’seconomy,butmakesatremendousnegativeimpactontheenvironmentwhichisdifficultforustosurvive.Therefore,realizingindustrialstructurelow-carboneffectivelyanddevelopingalow-carboneconomycharacterizedby"low-power,lowconsumption,lowpollutionandlowemissions",becomeChina’snewtargetselectiontotransformeconomicdevelopmentmodeandrealizethegoalofoptimizationandupgradingofindustrialstructureandsustainabledevelopment.
