摘要
ToinvestigatetheChangesofsIL-2R,IL-6levelin,serumofpatientswithlupusnephritisanditsclinicalmeaning.MethodsThelevelofserumsIL-2R,IL-6in42casesoflupusnephritisweredetectedbyELISA,andthedatawerecomparedwithcontrolgroup.ResultsSerumsIL-2R,IL-6levelsinlupusnephritispatientsweresignificantlyhigherthancontrolgroupandrelatedtoconvalescentofthedisease.ConclusionItsuggestedthatimmunedysfunctionexistinpatientswithlupusnephritishigherlevelofsIL-2,IL-6wouldassociatewithgenesisanddevelopmentoflupusnephritis,anditcanbeanewindicatoroflupusnephritis.
