Inthispaper,westudyacentralizedsupplychainforatwo-stagewithsellingpricediscount.Thissupplychainconsistsofasupplierandaretailer.Basedonthefeaturethattheproduct’ssellingseasonisshortandthesupplychainfacesgreatdemanduncertainty.Weconsideratwo-stagescenariowhere,atthebeginningofstage1,thesupplierreservesproductioncapacitybasedonhistoricdatainadvance,stage2comestousaftersomeleadtime,boththesupplierandtheretailerupdatethedemandinformation,theretailerthenplacesanordernotexceedingthereservedcapacitybasedontheselling-pricingdiscountdependentdemand.Wemakeoptimaldecisionsonthereservedcapacityinstage1,sellingpricediscountandorderquantityinstage2.Inthissupplychain,thepatterninstage2isfiguredoutfirst,andthenstage1isclearedaswell.Thenwepresentanumericalexampletogivesomeinsights.Finallywegetsomeconclusions.
