摘要
ThepresentpaperconcernsitselfwithageneralreviewandanalysisofBritishmassMedia.ThefirstpartstartswithanintroductiontothehistoryanddevelopmentofBritishmassmedia.ThesecondpartwillfocusontheanalysisofthetwomajorbranchesintherealmofBritishMassmedia-theBroadcastMediaandthePrintMedia.Thirdly,theBritishmedia’scoverageofBeijingOlympicsispresentedtohaveabetterknowledgeofthewellacceptedclassificationofUKmassmedia,especiallynewspapersandtelevisionaswellasitsinfluence.
