摘要 Theadsorptionisothermsofglycine,alanineandoxidizedglutathiononstrongacidcationandstrongbaseanionexchangeresinsfromaqueoussolutionsweremeasuredandthesuperequivalentadsorptionsofglycineandalanineobserved.Theinfraredspectraofglycineadsorbedonthecationandtheanionexchangeresins,001×7and201×7,weremeasured.Fromtheseresults,itisconcludedthattheaminoacidadsorptionontheionexchangeresinproceedsnotonlythroughionexchangeandprotontransfermechanisms,butalsothroughaminecarboxylateinteractionbetweentheadsorbedaminoacidmolecules,andtheformationofsecondlayerofaminoacidmoleculesisthemechanismofsuperequivalentadsorptionofaminoacid,thecarboxylateoraminegroupsofthefirstlayerofaminoacidmoleculesontheionexchangeresinactastheexchangesitesforthesecondlayerofaminoacidmolecules.
