摘要 Acanthamoebaarefree-livingprotozoaorganismsthatliveabroadinnature.PathogenicAcanthamoebacancauseafatalgranulomatousamoebicencephalitisandkeratitis.SomespeciesofAcanthamoebacaninducesometumorcellsapoptosisinvitro.Prom1996wehaveprovedthatAcanthamoebaLstrain(A.lugdunensis-A.quina),firstlygotbyusfromkeratitispatientsinChina,couldinducetumorcells'apoptosis,includingPC12,B16cellsetal.InthisresearchweprovedthatboththebodyandthelysisofAcanthamoebacouldinducemousemelanomaB16cellsapoptosis.Buttheapoptosismechanismwaspoorlyunderstood.
