Todaywearepracticallywitnessingandexperiencingarealbotinvasion.Itisthereforepermissibletoaskoneselfwhatabotis(anditiscertainlynot“sciencefiction”).Thetruthisthis:theyareprogramsthatrespondautomaticallytorequests/queriesfromhumanusers.Butwherecanwefindthem?Inmanyfieldsorsectorsbutespeciallyininstantmessaging,forexample:Whatsapp,Telegram,Facebook,orMessenger.Itseemsthatwearetalkingaboutsomethingcomplicatedorverydifficult,however,evenweuserscancreateabotthatcanhelpusorotherstosimulateconversationsoractionsofthehumanbeinginordertomakeiteasieranactionortaskthatmayberepetitive.Nowithasbecome,inashorttime,afashionthatisspreadinginmanysectorsforitsversatility.Therealityisthattherearemanytypesofbots.Dependingonthesituationandourgoal,wewillchooseoneortheother.Butlet’sstartfromthebeginningandbeforethinkingabouthowtocreateabot,let’sseewhatabotisexactly.
