Design of a Preamplifier Card for the Photomultiplier Tubes of a Gamma Camera

摘要 TheserviceprovidedbytheGC(GammaCameras)intheNuclearMedicinedepartmentsfailsbecauseoftheirbreakdown,generallyduetotheassociatedelectronicsandnottothephysicaldetectioncomponents.Forthisreason,itwasdecidedtodevelopanelectronicsystemthatallowstherecoveryandoptimizationofdisusedGC,startingwiththedesignofthepreamplifierforaPMT(photomultipliertube).Thecircuitwasdesignedandsimulatedandthelistofcomponentsnecessaryfortheconstructionofthepreamplifierwasgenerated,aswellastheprintedcircuitboardwasdesignedforitsassembly.Bysimulatingthepreamplifierthisworkedinlinearmode.Thisdeterminesthattheamplitudeoftheoutputsignalisproportionaltotheamountofchargedeliveredbythedetector.ThiscardallowsanautomaticadjustmentofthesignalsofthePMTasdothemodernGC.
