摘要
AsshownincomparisonandstudyoftheHIRS-Tb12dataandconventionaldata,temperature,humidityandverticalmotionarestructureddifferentlyintheSouthernandNorthernHemispheres,whicharewelldepictedwiththeHIRS-Tb12data.WhenhighpressuresrapidlydecreaseovertheregionsofSouthChinaSeaandArabianSeawiththeHIRS-Tb12lessthan200W/m2,monsoonswillsetoffintheSouthChinaSea,ArabianSeaandBayofBengal,respectively,Fromayearofsignificantdroughttooneofsignificantfloods,thetrendofevolutionissignificantlydifferentinthedowndraftareasofthesubtropicalhighsbetweenthetwohemispheres.
