摘要 Theauthorsimprovethetraditionalgeneticalgorithm,andcombinethenewmethodnamedRAGA(RealcodedbasedacceleratingGeneticAlgorithm)withPPE(ProjectionPursuitEvaluation)model.TheRAGA-PPEmodelcanoptimizeseveralparametersatonetime.Basedonthismethod,theauthorsbuiltupanewevaluatingmodel.ThroughapplyingthenewmodeltoevaluatethecountryenergyofPingtanCounty,theauthorsgainedthegoodresults.Thus,theauthorsprovideanewmethodandthoughtforreaderswhoengageinresearchingcountryenergyplaning.
