摘要 ThisworkprovidessomeevidencesforthesaponinproductionofPanaxnotoginsengcallusbyusingbiologicallyactive,wall-relatedoligosaccharins.Inanappropriateconcentration,threekindsofoligosaccharinsstimulatedsaponinformationofcallusgrowth.TheconcentrationofDO,GOandCOforsaponinproductionofPanaxnotoqinsengcallusculturewere15ppm,15ppmaud20ppmrespectivelybycomparingsaponinyield,ItwasveryobviousforDOtoincreasesaponincontentwhentheconcentrationwas10ppm,andforGOtostimulatecallusgrowthwhentheconcentrationwas20ppm,Itwouldbeagoodwaytoproducesapoinbyusingoligosaccharinsinlargescalecultureinthefuture.
