Aggressive primary hepatic epithelioid hemangioendothelioma：a case report and literature review-中国期刊网

摘要 Anewcaseofepithelioidhemangioendotheliomaisreportedtohaveoccurredtoa67-year-oldpatientwhoconsultedforrightsidedchestpain.Thework-upshowedmultiplerightpulmonarylesionsassociatedwithbilateralmoderatepleuraleffusionandleft-sidedpleuralthickeningandthreehypodensenodulesintherightlobeoftheliver,peritonealthickening,ascites,andmultiplevertebrallyticlesions.Thediagnosisofanepithelioidhemangioendotheliomawasconcludedthroughahistologicalexaminationofacomputedtomographyscanguidedbiopsyoftheliver.Thepatientreceivedaprimarymono-chemotherapywithAdriamycin(75mg/m~2everythreeweeks)andintravenousbisphosphonateswithoutresponseandgeneralstatusimpairment.Thepatientdiedafter16monthsoffollow-up.
