摘要
IntravesicalBacillusCalmette-Guérin(BCG)haslongbeenthegoldstandardtreatmentofnonmuscleinvasivebladdercancer.Recently,therehasbeenanemergenceofnovelimmunotherapeuticagents,whichhaveshownpromiseinthetreatmentofurothelialcellcarcinoma.Theseagentsaimtoaugment,modify,orenhancetheimmuneresponse.SuchstrategiesincluderecombinantBCG,monoclonalantibodies,vaccines,genetherapy,andadoptiveT-celltherapy.Here,wereviewtheemergingimmunotherapeuticsinthetreatmentofnonmuscleinvasivebladdercancer.
