Effect of hot-rolling deformation on the microstructure of pearlite of eutectoid steel-中国期刊网

摘要 TheeffectofaustenitedeformationonthepearlitemicrostructureofeutectoidsteelwasinvestigatedbyhotuniaxialcompressiontestsusingaGleeble1500thermo-mechanicalsimulator.Theresultsshowedthatthedeformationoftheaustenitephaseacceleratedthetransformationofpearlite,leadingtoasmallercolonysizeandasmallerinterlamellarspaceofpearlite;meanwhile,theorientationofpearlitelamellaebecamemoreheterogeneous,andthelamellarthicknessdecreased.Largerstrainofaustenitewasobservedtoacceleratethespheroidizationprocessofcarbideswithinpearlitecolonies.
