摘要
Weproposeanultra-widebandopticaldiodedevicebasedontwo-dimensionalsquare-latticephotoniccrystals.Forthedevice,theoddmodeiscompletelytransmittedinonedirectionandconvertedtothefundamentalevenmode,butcompletelyreflectedintheotherdirection.Theoperationbandwidthofthedeviceispreservedwithinaratherwiderangeoffrequencies,whichisover6.5%ofthecentralfrequency.Adirectionalcouplerand90°bendareutilizedasthecompositefunctiondevicewithmodefilterandmodeconverter.Itispossiblethatthephotoniccrystaldevicecanhelptoconstructon-chipopticallogicaldevicesandbenefitgreatlytotheopticalsystemswithmultiplespatialmodes.更多还原
