New limonoids isolated from the bark of Melia toosendan-中国期刊网

摘要 Twonewlimonoids,12-ethoxynimbolininsGandH(compounds1and2),andoneknowncompound,toosendanin(Chuanliansu)(compound3),wereisolatedfromthebarkofMeliatoosendan.TheirstructureswereelucidatedbyspectroscopicanalysisandX-raytechniques.Theabsoluteconfigurationoftoosendanin(3)wasestablishedbysingle-crystalX-raydiffraction.Compounds1-3wereevaluatedfortheircytotoxicityagainstfivetumorcelllines.
