摘要 AttheinitialoperationstageofthecontinuousbloomcasteratBaosteel,alotofcentralporosityandcracksoccurredinblooms,especiallyinthebloomsofhigh-pressureboilersteel.Inthisstudy,amodelofheattransferandsolidificationwassetuptoanalyzetheprocessofcontinuousbloomcasting.Basedonthemodel,thedistributionsoftemperaturefieldandshellthicknesswereobtained,themushyzonewasdefined,andtherebythetechnologyofsoftreductionforbloomswasdeveloped.Afterseveraltestswereconducted,areasonabletestplanwasdeveloped,whichledtothedeterminationoftheoptimalreductionzoneandgaugereduction.Now,centralporosityandcracksinbloomsarealmostavoidedandtheinnerqualityhasbeenobviouslyimproved.
