摘要
Fourricesamplesoflonggraintypeweretestedusinganelectronicnose(Cyranose-320).Samplesof5gofeachvarietyofricewereplacedindividuallyinvialsandwereanalyzedwiththeelectronicnoseunitconsistingof32polymersensors.TheCyranose-320wasabletodifferentiatebetweenvarietiesofrice.Thechemicalcompositionofthericeodorsfordifferentiatingricesamplesneedstobeinvestigated.TheoptimumparametersettingsshouldbeconsideredduringtheCyranose-320trainingprocessespeciallyformultiplesamples,whicharehelpfulforobtaininganaccuratetrainingmodeltoimproveidentificationcapability.Further,itisnecessarytoinvestigatetheE-nosesensorselectionforobtainingbetterclassificationaccuracy.Are-ducednumberofsensorscouldpotentiallyshortenthedataprocessingtime,andcouldbeusedtoestablishanapplicationpro-cedureandreducethecostforaspecificelectronicnose.FurtherresearchisneededfordevelopinganalyticalproceduresthatadapttheCyranose-320asatoolfortestingricequality.
