摘要
Self-lubricatingcoatingshavebeenwidelyusedtoreducefrictioninmovingmachineassemblies.However,thetribologicalperformanceofthesecoatingsisstronglydependentontheservicetemperature.Inthispaper,anextensivereviewpertainingtotheinfluenceofoperatingservicetemperatureontribologicalperformanceofself-lubricatingcoatingshasbeencarriedout.Basedontheeffectivelubricatingtemperaturerange,theself-lubricatingcoatingsdevelopedinthepasthavebeendividedintothreegroups:lowtemperaturelubricantcoating(from-200℃toroomtemperature),moderatetemperaturelubricantcoating(fromroomtemperatureto500℃)andhightemperaturelubricantcoating(〉500℃).Ideasconcerningpossiblewaystoextendtheoperatingtemperaturerangeofself-lubricatingcoatingshavebeenpresentedasfollows:hybridizedtribologicalcoating,adaptivetribologicalcoatings,anddiffusionratelimitedsolidlubricantcoating,inaddition,anewself-lubricatingcoatingformulationforpotentialapplicationatawideoperatingtemperaturerangehasbeenproposed.
