摘要
Endogenousaspergillusendophthalmitis(EAE)afterkidneytransplantisararebutimportantclinicalproblemduetopotentiallydevastatingconsequences.EarlydiagnosisofEAE,timelyremovalofaffectedvitreousbyvitrectomy,properanti-fungaltreatment,allcontributedtothesuccessfulcontrolofthedisease.TherapeuticsuccessofEAEinpost-transplantpatientsdependslargelyonpromptdiagnosis.DefinitediagnosisofEAEisbasedonpositivecultureresultsofvitreousspecimen,whilefundoscopyandBscanultrasoundmayaidearlydiagnosis.Intermsofanti-fungalmedicine,amphotericinBhaslongbeenthefirstchoice,butitssystemicapplicaitonhassevereadversereactions,especiallyforpatientswithimpairedrenalfunction.Herein,wereportthetreatmentmodalityofEAEafterkidneytransplantwithvitrectomy,systemicadministrationofmicafunginplusvoriconazole,topicalapplicationoffluconazolandamphotercinB.
